Feature Request: Custom Review on iOS

In a web-based application, I am able to specify custom reviews. For instance, I can specify a selected book or have highlights only from podcasts or articles, or have highlights specific to some theme. In the iOS application, there is no feature like this. You can just click on review and you have no control over what you will get.

Please add the same feature in the mobile/iOS application.
