Feature Request: Saveable Custom Review Filters

Currently, reviewing books requires navigating through eight clicks on the ‘Highlight Review’ page:

• Navigate to Reviews → Highlight Review.

• In the ‘Custom Review’ section, click ‘Filter Highlights’.

• Unselect all seven content types except ‘books’.

This process must be repeated daily for each content type (e.g., podcasts, books, articles).

Suggestion: Add a "Save Selection" button within the ‘Custom Reviews’ section. This would allow users to save their current filters as a preset, accessible via a dropdown menu or list. For example, a user could save a filter for books tagged "philosophy," podcasts tagged "AI," or content by "Tim Ferriss." Additionally, include options to edit or delete these custom reviews to keep the list manageable.
