Add Podcast Link to Navigation Bar

Main area:

And from left navigation bar:

As you can see, the left navigation bar is missing the Podcast link. Second, could you please put the navigation bar in the same order as the sources in the main area? For instance, "Post" is the third one in the main area, but in the navigation bar, "Post" is number four. The order is not matching.
