Visual feedback for Chrome extension and iOS share sheet

It would be a QoL improvement if, when adding new text passages from web pages to Screvi — either via the Chrome extension or the iOS share sheet used in Safari —, they became highlighted, to show they’ve been added to our account.

A bonus would be to persist the highlighted passages when we visited that same web page again in the future.
